I attended the natures walk with the team of Philosophy Holistic in may 2015 along with my daughter Tia. Must say was a very refreshing experience. The walk in the morning at Borivali national park was quite an experience. We both still remember the experience. We had a wonderful time on a Sunday morning. Would definitely recommend to my known to take this experience. We would love to join this May also.

I attended 'Creating Positive Energy'. I started clearing negative energies every day. It was a major shift of energy i.e low to high in my physical n mental state while attaining the session.Thanks to you .
I came across Philosophy Holistic in an advert one day and enrolled for the 5 day meditation class with Deepika. She taught the theory behind meditation along with various meditation techniques. After the five day meditation class, I also enrolled for the chakra cleansing and meditation from Deepika. I had heard and read so much about the benefits of meditation but it surpassed everything I had heard. Meditation is an experience which is very personal and the benefits cannot be explained. They say you meet the right people at the right time in life, and I met Deepika at one such time. She has been a teacher, a guide and a friend and will be able to answer most of your questions in a very simple and understandable manner. While chakra meditation works best for me, you could find your groove in some other technique taught by her.

My name is Gautami Shah and I work for an investment advisory company. I always wanted to learn a meditation technique but I didn’t want to go to a commercialised place. I got to know about Deepika from my sister Jahnvi. I did an only weekend guided meditation course with Deepika in June. While this was a great practical experience I found myself unable to do it on my own. Around that time things got super hectic at my workplace and I really felt the need to meditate. After direly waiting for the course with theory I finally got my chance in November when I enrolled for a 5-day meditation course with theory. This is when I got to learn the theory and science behind meditation along with doing it practically. It opened my inner blockage on many levels. It definitely helped me with back pain and removing body tightness. Further, it helped me clear my mind of baggage and helped me to connect to myself. The course is very well conducted. Deepika is adept at explaining the theory and she combined it beautifully with some games. I particularly liked the earth meditation technique as it helps me to focus on energy and attract it. I would like to do the practice more often now that I am aware of it’s benefits. I definitely practice many of the smaller tips which Deepika mentioned and often use them in my day to day life. For example, getting up in the morning and just sitting for sometime.
The course is effective and not at all commercialised. For me, the best part was that Deepika made it relatable and practicable and I would like to say a big thank you to her.
I attended a session 'Managing Positivity Throughout' with Deepika Gala. I was to follow the learning for 21 days and try to change the area which I wanted to but couldnt do it for a while. Later, Under your guidance I have been more emotionally balanced and happier than before admist all the current situations.
My attitude now towards life is : Take life as it comes ,live each day as a new day ..deal with i. When i come to a situation , I am aware but not involved in the situation.
Many conflict issues are sorted with the above attitude.I am more peaceful and don't get affected if the issue doesn't involve me .
